Use the bottle neck and closure as the starting point for reliable spindle capping.
Why the neck finish controls the capping result
A spindle capper can only tighten the closure that is presented to it. If the bottle neck, thread, sealing surface or tamper feature varies, the finished result may vary even when the machine setting is unchanged. Check the bottle and cap together before treating the issue as a torque problem.
Inspection points before a trial

Send the approved pack, the worst known sample and any supplier drawing when asking Lancing to review suitability. That helps separate a machine-setting decision from a packaging-compatibility decision.
