Cap-chute setting points
- Check the cap leaves the feed route in the same orientation each time.
- Confirm the bottle neck arrives centrally under the cap handover point.
- Use slow-speed observations before assessing full-line output.
- Record where the cap first contacts the thread.
- Reject or stop on repeat tilt rather than forcing mis-presented caps through the spindle wheels.
